Refund policy

We want you to absolutely love your Kioni piece — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

 

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

 

2. Return Conditions 

To be eligible for a return: 

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, with original tags still attached. 
  • It should be returned in its original packaging. 
  • Proof of purchase (like a receipt or order confirmation) is required. 

 

3. How to Start a Return 

Send us an email at accounts@kioni.co.za to initiate your return. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions and a shipping label with you. 

Note: Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

5. Damages & Order Issues 

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us straight away so we can make it right.

 

6. Exceptions (Non-returnable Items) 

We’re unable to accept returns on: 

  • Custom or personalised items 
  • Gift cards 
  • Sale items

7. Exchanges

Want to swap for something else? The quickest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

 

8. EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling Off Period 

If your order is shipping to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days. The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

 

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Kindly note that banks or credit card companies may take a few extra days to process and post your refund.
