How do I open a trade account?

Apply online in about two minutes. Once we approve your account, log in to see trade prices across the store and order from the site.

Do you sell to individual shoppers?

Our online store serves trade and corporate buyers for now. If you're shopping for yourself, get in touch and we'll point you to a stockist.

How do custom orders and corporate gifts work?

Share your idea, colours, quantity and date through Kioni Custom. We come back with design options and a quote, and you approve a sample before we make the full order.

What is your production time?

It depends on the design and the size of your order. Stock designs ship sooner than custom work, so tell us your date when you enquire and we will confirm a timeline before you commit.

Why is my total shown in Canadian dollars?

Our online store prices in Canadian dollars (CAD) for now. Your card provider converts the total to your own currency.

Where can I find Kioni products?

With independent stockists, lodges and gift shops. Contact us and we will point you to the nearest one.
