The basics of a trade account, and how ordering works once you're set up.

Can I apply with a Gmail or other personal email?

Yes. We approve applications from a business email straight away. If you use a personal address, add your website or social media link to the form and our team will check your details and approve your account by hand.

How soon can I place an order?

With a business email, right away: log in with the same email address and your trade prices are there. With a personal email, as soon as our team has confirmed your business. We'll email you the moment your account is ready.

Can my colleagues order on the same account?

Yes. Add their names and email addresses when you apply and we link them to your company, so your whole team orders under one account with one order history.

We have more than one shop or lodge. Can we order for each?

Yes. Tell us how many locations you buy for and where they are. Each location keeps its own delivery address, and you choose the location when you order.

How do I log in?

Choose Trade log in at the top of any page and enter your business email. We send you a one-time code, so there is no password to remember.

Do you make custom or branded pieces?

Yes. Kioni Custom covers private ranges for lodges and retailers, branded corporate gifts and pieces made around your logo or colours. Try the design tester to see your logo in beads, then request a quote.
