Kioni Return & Refund Policy Summary

We want you to absolutely love your Kioni piece — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

 

1. Return Window 

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

 

2. Return Conditions 

To be eligible for a return: 

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition 
  • All original tags must be attached 
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

 

3. How to Start a Return 

Send us an email at accounts@kioni.co.za to initiate your return. 

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Damages & Order Issues 

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it's damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

 

6. Exceptions (Non-returnable Items) 

We do not accept returns for: 

  • Custom or personalised items 
  • Gift cards 
  • Sale or discounted items

7. Exchanges 

Want to swap for something else? The fastest option is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

 

8. EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period 

If your order ships to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery — no reason needed. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

9. Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. 

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

> Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take a few extra days to process and post the refund.
